As the weekend gently fades, give yourself permission to settle into stillness. Allow yourself to be held in a cocoon of sound as gongs, Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls and gentle percussion guide you into deep rest. Release what has been, soften the edges of your mind, and open your heart to the week ahead. This immersive experience is created to soothe the nervous system, melt away tension and invite clarity, spaciousness and ease. With each vibration you are carried deeper into balance, restoration and inner stillness — all held within the beautifully grounding space of our converted chapel. Many souls leave feeling: - a deeper sense of inner peace - lighter, clearer and more centred - free from stagnant energy - more connected to themselves and their intuition Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. Late Entry: Once the session begins, the doors will close and late entry is not possible, to honour and protect the experience for all participants. What to bring: The studio is equipped with mats and bolsters, but we kindly ask you to bring your own blankets, cushions and anything that helps you feel deeply comfortable, as you will be lying down for most of the session. Wear cosy layers — body temperature naturally drops during deep relaxation, and the more comfortable you are, the deeper the experience becomes. Your session will be guided by Jean — a Kundalini Yoga teacher, meditation coach, sound therapist, cacao ceremony facilitator and spirit dance practitioner. Jean holds a beautifully intuitive and nurturing space, inviting profound rest and energetic renewal. A Gentle Note Sound healing may not be suitable for you if you: - have sound-induced epilepsy or uncontrolled seizures - suffer from unmanaged mental health conditions - are in the first 14 weeks of pregnancy - have sensitive hearing or conditions aggravated by loud vibrations - have a pacemaker or electronic implant affected by strong vibrational fields - have had recent surgery or broken bones
