1. Introduction

Welcome to The Old Chapel Studio.
These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between you (the client) and me, Aga Chandler, trading as The Old Chapel Studio, for all classes, courses, workshops and events.
By booking or attending, you agree to the terms below. They’re designed to keep everyone safe, informed and respected.

3. Studio Conduct

To keep the space calm, welcoming and enjoyable for everyone:

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes early.

  • Phones should be silenced before class begins.

  • Shoes are not permitted in the practice space.

  • Please treat the space, equipment and other participants with care and respect.

4. Health and Participation

By attending a class or event, you confirm that:

  • You are in suitable physical condition to take part.

  • You’ll inform the instructor of any relevant injuries, medical issues or changes to your health before class.

  • You take full responsibility for your own wellbeing during any class or activity.

If you’re unsure about your health or ability to participate safely, please seek medical advice before attending.
The Old Chapel Studio cannot be held responsible for injuries or health issues arising from participation, except in cases of proven negligence.

5. Liability

All activities are undertaken at your own risk.
The Old Chapel Studio and its instructors are not liable for loss, damage or injury to property or persons, except where caused by negligence.

Personal belongings remain your responsibility throughout your visit.

6. Payments

  • All payments are taken securely through the website via Wix Payments.

  • Prices are shown in GBP (£) and may change occasionally.

  • Bookings are confirmed only once full payment has been received.

7. Photography and Social Media

From time to time, photos or short clips may be taken for social media or marketing.
You will always be asked for consent before appearing in any image or video used publicly.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please just let me know — it’s absolutely fine.

8. Class passes

Class passes are valid for one person only and are non-transferable.
They cannot be shared between multiple people or used to book classes for others.

9. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important.
All personal data is handled securely and in line with the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Classes or Schedule

Occasionally, classes or events may need to be rescheduled or cancelled (for example, due to illness or maintenance).
In these cases, you’ll be notified as soon as possible, and given the choice of a refund (or returned credit in the case of a class-pack) or alternative date.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
