Cancellations & Refunds Policy

At The Old Chapel Studio, class sizes are small and each space matters — so this policy helps keep things fair for everyone while allowing flexibility when life happens.

 

1. Single Classes and 1–1 Sessions (purchased individually)

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the start of a class will receive a refund (less the payment processing fee).

• Clients cannot move single-session bookings themselves. If you prefer to switch to a different date rather than cancel, please send me a message and I can move it for you.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time are non-refundable.

• If a class is cancelled by The Old Chapel Studio, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method, processed via Wix Payments or transfer to another date.

2. Single Classes and 1–1 Sessions (booked using a class pack or multi-session pass)

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the class will have the credit returned to your pack.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable, and the session credit will not be returned.

• If The Old Chapel Studio cancels a class, the credit will be restored to your pack

3. Class Packs and Multi-Session Passes

• Class packs are non-transferable and non-refundable once activated.

• Credits within a pack can be used to book, cancel, and rebook classes within the allowed cancellation window, but the pack itself cannot be cancelled or refunded once activated (activation = the first session booked using the pack).

• If you need to cancel an unused class pack or multi-session pass, you may do so within 14 days of purchase. Payment processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted.

4. Courses and Workshops

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the start date will receive a refund (less the processing fee) or a credit.

• We may also transfer your booking to another person you appoint, at our discretion.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, unless your space can be reallocated to someone else you appoint.

• If the studio cancels or postpones a course/workshop, you’ll receive a full refund or can transfer to the new date.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

• Refunds (where applicable) are issued via your original payment method through Wix Payments.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank.

6. Medical or Exceptional Circumstances

If you experience an injury, illness or unforeseen personal situation that prevents you from attending, please get in touch at aga@theoldchapelstudio.co.uk.
I’ll always do my best to find a fair and compassionate solution.

7. Missed Sessions

• No-shows or missed classes without notice are non-refundable.

• You’re welcome to send a friend in your place if you can no longer attend — just let me know beforehand.
