1. How do I book a class?
All classes and workshops are booked online through our Book Online page.
For even easier booking and schedule management, you can also download the Spaces by Wix App and follow The Old Chapel Studio directly.
Once you choose a session, you’ll receive an email confirmation with everything you need to know.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes. You can cancel a single session up to 24 hours before class for a full refund or credit.
Workshops and courses require 7 days’ notice.
Full details are in our Cancellations & Refunds Policy.
What should I bring to class?
Just yourself, comfortable clothing, and water.
Mats and props are provided — though you’re welcome to bring your own.
For hot classes, we recommend bringing your own non-slip mat, a yoga towel or renting one at the studio.
Do I need any yoga or Pilates experience?
Not at all. Our classes welcome every level and every body.
Beginners are always supported and encouraged.
However, we also run beginners courses and offer 1–1 sessions if you feel that would be a better way to start.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so you have time to settle in and prepare for class.
We don’t have a reception or waiting area, so we’re unable to accommodate very early arrivals or staying after the session.
Doors close once the class begins to maintain a calm, uninterrupted atmosphere.
What’s the studio etiquette?
To keep the space calm and respectful:
-
Silence your phone
-
Remove shoes before entering the studio
-
Speak softly
-
Be mindful of others resting or setting up
What should I wear?
Anything comfortable that allows you to move freely.
For hot classes, lighter, breathable fabrics are best.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes — there is on-site parking and additional space on the road just outside the studio.
Are classes suitable during pregnancy?
Some classes may be appropriate depending on your stage and experience.
Please email Aga before booking so we can guide you safely.
Can I join if I have an injury?
Often yes, but please let the instructor know before class.
We can offer modifications or suggest a gentler session.
