Service Description
A yoga-inspired movement class designed to help your body feel stronger, looser and more capable in everyday life. Each week we focus on a different part of the body — hips, shoulders, posture, spine, knees or balance — using a blend of mobility work, gentle strength and functional yoga movement. This is not about pushing intensity or perfect poses. It’s about understanding how your body moves and giving it the strength and freedom it needs to keep moving well for years to come. Perfect if you: feel stiff or tight sit a lot during the day want to build strength without heavy workouts enjoy yoga but would like a more practical, body-focused approach. Suitable for all levels. Beginners very welcome.
