Service Description
TO BOOK THE FULL COURSE HEAD TO OFFERINGS/COURSES This session forms part of a progressive 4-week Beginners Yoga course, designed for those new to yoga or returning after a break. In this class, you’ll be guided through a carefully structured introduction to movement, breathwork, meditation, and the simple philosophy that underpins yoga — all within a friendly and supportive environment. Each session builds gently on the foundations introduced in previous weeks, helping you explore your body’s natural range of movement, reconnect with your breath, and develop calm focus. While attending the full course is recommended for the most cohesive experience, a small number of drop-in spaces are available where capacity allows. No experience or flexibility required — just an open mind and a willingness to move, breathe, and learn.
