This 4-week course is designed for anyone who’s new to yoga or returning after a break. You’ll be guided through a carefully structured introduction to movement, breathwork, meditation, and the simple philosophy that underpins yoga — all in a friendly, supportive environment. Each week builds gently on the last, giving you the confidence to explore your body’s natural range, reconnect with your breath, and develop a sense of calm and focus. By the end of the course, you’ll have a strong foundation of postures, techniques, and understanding to continue your practice — whether at home or in regular studio classes. No experience or flexibility required — just an open mind and a willingness to move, breathe, and learn.
