Service Description
Join us at The Old Chapel Studio for a brand-new 6-week calisthenics programme led by Julio, a highly experienced and inspiring coach. This course is built around carefully designed stations that focus on the foundations of strength and skill: pulling, pushing, weighted work, mobility, balance and controlled full-body conditioning. Julio’s coaching style is clear, supportive and incredibly accessible. He breaks movements down so even complete beginners feel confident, while still offering progressions for those ready to push a little further. Expect: - work with gymnastics rings, parallettes and other classic calisthenics tools - moves that improve posture, balance, coordination and body composition - a programme that steadily builds your strength week by week - a welcoming environment where you’ll learn correct form and feel genuinely supported Whether you’re brand new to training or looking to refine your technique, this course will help you build a strong, capable body through simple, intentional movement.
